Warranty Policy
All our products come with a 2 year or 50,000klms warranty if the product is deemed as being faulty
In the rare event that it may be necessary, this is how to claim your warranty;
- Call the head office as soon as possible, on 07 3299 4639
- Agree to have information in writing by form or email as required
- Have your original purchase date, and invoice number available
- Have the vehicle’s registration number and odometer reading available
- Have details ready as to what has failed, and what checks or tests have been done to ascertain the cause
- In an attempt to proceed, you will be required to provide any information regarding the validity of the claim that the product is or was faulty, and that it was not caused by some other engine problem or fault (for example, but not limited to; over-pressurising, contamination or additive, corrosion, stray current, excessive dirt or blocked radiator)
- You may be required to purchase the replacement component whilst the unit being claimed is tested, after which a credit may be applied for the replacement. Please note that this may not be required, however, please understand that in some cases this will be unavoidable
Alpine Cooling Solutions Warranty does not cover;
- Internal or External Corrosion caused by additives or any contamination
- Stray Current
- Excessively dirty or blocked cooling system
- Any charges for the downtime of the vehicle
- Any tow or relocation expenses*
- Labour costs incurred for the removal & refit of the item*
*Please note regarding these very important issues. These two points in particular are extremely circumstantial and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. There are far too many issues to be considered or applied in one blanket decision. Our commitment to you, is to liaise with you regarding all aspects of any claim, discuss all details openly and honestly and negotiate a fair and equitable outcome for all parties. We stand by our products, but we are also committed to supporting our customers.
