Orders and Returns

Orders can be placed online from our web page www.alpinecoolingsolutions.com.au with your own workshop’s log in, or you can email, text or call – it really is up to you how you prefer.

If we have any questions on freight options or timing, we will be certain to discuss that with you to ensure you receive what you need in a timely and cost-effective manner. We have limited delivery options in some areas, we have several courier options, and we also utilise the Uber parcel delivery service. All services have varying timing results and costs, all of which will be discussed and disclosed to you at the time of ordering – no surprises from Alpine Cooling, we just want you to get what you need, when you need it, in the most cost-effective manner.

As for returns; we fully understand that sometimes your customer’s do not return for a fitment they had committed to, of course in these cases we will support your business and accept the radiator back for a credit.

The radiator or intercooler is to be returned in its original packaging. IF the product is damaged or has been used, then upon inspection we will discuss with you the details of any costs incurred.

Unlike many other suppliers, we will not charge you a restocking fee, or an admin fee.
